Customers who rent equipment receive on-hand training at the facility aa part of the rental process. However, there are often frequent questions that refer back to the training.
In addition, there are daily checks and wash-down procedures customers have to do each day as part of the rental agreement.
Therefore, VPWE Rents wanted to create some on-demand training videos customers could refer to anytime, anywhere.
HOW I SERVED THEM:
- Worked closely with sales staff and technicians staff to identify the important steps to illustrate.
- Created several detailed videos to help customers properly care for and operate the equipment.
